Shipping details—including rates, carriers, and estimated times—are managed by Printify and vary based on product type, selected print provider, shipping method, order contents, and delivery destination. All shipping rates are carrier-based and displayed accurately at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days after placement (excluding weekends and holidays). This includes production, quality checks, and packaging. Times can vary depending on product availability, current order volume, and seasonal demand. An estimated ship-by date appears in your order confirmation and account dashboard. Production may take longer during peak seasons like holidays.

Delivery estimates exclude processing time—total time = processing + shipping. Times are in business days (excluding weekends/holidays) and are approximate. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, items, and chosen method. Multi-item or multi-provider orders may ship in separate packages (with separate tracking) and could incur additional fees. Exact rates appear before payment.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide, except North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. Temporary carrier restrictions may affect certain destinations or product sizes—availability is shown at checkout. For international orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
- Delays from customs clearance are common and outside our control.
Carriers & Tracking
Printify partners with carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, GLS, and others, selected automatically for the best route. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Track your order directly via the carrier’s site. Some economy/standard shipments may deliver to a local post office or parcel locker.
Shipping Address & Changes
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses you provide. Address changes after order placement are often not possible once production starts—contact us immediately if needed, and we’ll assist where we can.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- For damaged items, please provide photos—we’ll coordinate with Printify for a reprint or refund.
- We do not guarantee exact delivery dates, but we investigate carrier issues on your behalf.
