We strictly follow Printify’s official returns policy to ensure transparency and fairness. Please review the details below carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind
Because products are printed and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size, color, style, or variant selected
- Customer preference changes or buyer’s remorse
- Item no longer wanted after receipt
We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, size charts, mockups, colors, and all details thoroughly before checkout. All sales are final except in cases of verifiable quality or fulfillment issues as described below.
Eligible Issues: Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Lost Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, is the wrong product/item entirely, or is lost:
- Report the issue within 30 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date for lost packages).
- Contact our support team at connect@bakedaesthetics.com with your order number and clear, well-lit photos showing the problem (e.g., defect, damage, or incorrect item).
- In most cases, there is no need to return or ship the item back—Printify handles these quality claims directly.
- Eligible issues will result in a free reprint/replacement or a full refund (to your original payment method or store credit, at our discretion), coordinated through Printify.
Refunds, when approved, are typically processed within 5–10 business days. We do not offer partial refunds for minor issues unless agreed upon.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages
For packages marked as lost or delayed well beyond estimated delivery:
- Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will investigate with the carrier and Printify.
- Eligible cases may qualify for a reprint (possible small extra charge in some scenarios) or partial/full refund.
Exceptions and Important Notes
- Custom and personalized products are non-returnable except for the specific quality issues above.
- Printify (and we) are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, customs delays/fees, or post-delivery misuse/damage.
- International orders: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility.
- Special categories (e.g., Food, Health & Beauty products, if applicable): Same 30-day window applies for defects, wrong items, damage, or loss in transit.
